Return Policy
General
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards or vouchers cannot be returned.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
We reserve the right to only approve partial refunds.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days or as discussed separately.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact the credit card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Regular priced items
Refunds are only possible for regular priced items. Refunds cannot be given for sale items.
Exchange
We only exchange items if they are damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at zadruga@terracenturia.com and send your item to: Terra Centuria, Čentur 1F, 6273 Marezige, Slovenia.
Shipping returns
To return an item, mail it to: Terra Centuria, Čentur 1F, 6273 Marezige, Slovenia.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning a package with higher value, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
