Ons werk combineert duizend jaar oude olijfboomteelttradities met moderne expertise, waarbij we streven naar het beste, voor ons en voor het milieu, met behoud van de traditionele kwaliteit.<\/p>\n<h2>Passie<\/h2>\n<p>Wanneer de dagelijkse zorg voor olijfolie verandert in iets groters. Wanneer we ons wijden aan elk aspect van de productie van premium extra vierge olijfolie met een hoog polyfenolgehalte \u2013 vanaf de dag dat we de boom planten, tot het observeren van de eerste bloemen, bladeren en gezonde groene vruchten, tot de eerste druppels die onder deskundig toezicht worden geproduceerd. Dat is wanneer ons hart sneller klopt.<\/p>\n<h2>Productie<\/h2>\n<p>Onze olijfolie weerspiegelt onze keuzes: wanneer we de olie oogsten, hoe we de olijven plukken, hoe we ze persen, hoe we ze bewaren.
