For several years now, we’ve been the first in Istria to press olives — a tradition we nurture with great passion and dedication. This year too, we were the first to start the process, pressing the olive oil in our experimental mill, where we continuously explore new ways to improve quality and preserve the authentic character of the fruit.
The result is an oil that combines early harvest, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. The first oil of the year is always a special moment for us — proof that nature and knowledge can merge into a perfect drop.
